Iris Vincent
President and Founder
Iris Vincent is President and Founder of Prime Air Corp., a leading global logistics solutions provider in PR, and agent in the island for U.S. based Stevens Global Logistics. In 2001, Vincent, a proven top leader with two decades in the Logistics industry, decided to start Prime Air Corp. at a critical moment after the events of September 11th in the U.S. The company began with three employees and one customer. Today, Prime Air Corp. has a workforce of 25 employees.
Mrs. Vincent earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of PR- Rio Piedras Campus & a Master’s Degree in Finance from Interamerican University- Metro Campus.
Tom Vincent
Vice President & Co-Founder
Tom Vincent is Vice President and Co-founder of Prime Air Corp. He has played a key role in the development of new business opportunities in all areas, particularly in the development and execution of special projects.
Over the course of three decades in the Logistics industry, Mr. Vincent has held senior executive leadership positions in top companies including USFWW PR, Inc., Best Ways Air Cargo, American Airlines Cargo, Edwards Laboratories and Capitol Transportation. Mr. Vincent is the former Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association (PRMA). He is former President of the PRMA Transportation and Logistics Committee and Board Member and Past Secretary of the Air Forwarder Association.
Mr. Vincent earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus.
Gabriel Vincent
Director of Operations
Gabriel Vincent is the Director of Operations of Prime Air Corp. He is responsible for achieving on-time shipping of both custom and stock packaging products from the company’s warehouses to customers’ filling lines. Under his leadership, Prime Air Corp. has ensured shipments are delivered within an average time period of 99%, strengthening customer service satisfaction and partnerships.
Mr. Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Universidad de Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus.
Steven Vincent
Director of Business Development
Steven Vincent is Director of Business Development for Prime Air Corp. Mr. Vincent is responsible for integrating the management of sales, marketing, brand-related activities, and new opportunities across Prime Air Corp to drive growth and enhance brand value. His strategic plans have resulted in a 45% sales growth, primarily attributed to an increase in pharmaceutical, medical device, life-science, cold chain and specialized markets.
Mr. Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Universidad de Puerto Rico Rio, Piedras Campus
Moraima Pacheco
General Manager
Moraima Pacheco is General Manager of Prime Air Corp. She is responsible for achieving the overall performance goals for productivity, cost and quality control for the company. Ms. Pacheco plays a key role building and maintaining effective working relationship with all levels of internal and external customers to ensure long-term and successful partnerships. She also manages the development of associates, by providing extensive coaching and mentoring.
Mrs. Pacheco holds a Business Administration bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus.
Mickey Torres
Federal Manager
Mickey Torres is the Federal Manager of Prime Air Corp. Mr. Torres has played a key role strengthening Prime Air’s advanced technical capabilities and tracking solutions to ensure accuracy and consistency in delivering the right shipment to the right customer, at the right time, every time.
His knowledge and expertise in technology has supported Prime Air Corp’s unique tracking strategies to provide customers with increased security, real-time and daily updated information – such as Key Performance indicators (KPI) and GPS – on all cargo and shipments. Mr. Torres hold a bachelor’s degree from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico- Metro Campus.
Yanira Gonzalez
The Quality and Compliance Manager of Prime Air Corp. She has been an asset and have assisted management with important tasks and projects and is a key player within the company.
Mrs. Gonzalez has been in our company since 2010 with experience in the logistics industry of 25+ years. Prior to this position, Mrs. Gonzalez worked across departments. Mrs. Gonzalez is a Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) certified specialist and have studies in Airlines Services & Tourism
